Consistent results, easy to work with

I hired 361dc again for some SEO Services, specifically for our new product launch last month. We used them before for Brand Protection, and like last time, the process was smooth. The team I worked with was responsive, and they kept me updated on the progress. The reporting was clear and showed the uplift in search visibility we were aiming for. They delivered on time, which I appreciate, as other agencies I've used in the past have missed deadlines. That consistency is why I keep coming back for our digital marketing needs.

Quick setup, clear results

Needed Online Review Management. They set it up fast. Saw new reviews coming in within a week. Good service.

Good service, a little pricey

I used 361dc for Google Business Profile Optimization a few weeks ago. The setup was efficient, and they did a good job making sure our listing was fully optimized with new photos and updated information. I did see an increase in local inquiries, which was the main goal. My only minor critique is that while the service was effective, I felt the pricing was a bit on the higher side compared to some other options I'd looked at. I got value for money, but it took a bit to justify the cost internally. The communication was good though, and they answered all my questions promptly.

Helpful with our online reviews

So, our company had some old, not-so-great reviews floating around, and it was a bit of a headache. We signed up with 361dc for their Reputation Management service, and it's been pretty good. They helped us clean up the old stuff and put systems in place to get more positive feedback from current customers. It felt like they really understood what we needed. The dashboard they gave us to track everything was easy to figure out too. It just made things feel a lot more under control, you know?

My business is pretty small, like 5 employees. Do they even do custom packages for smaller businesses or is it mostly for bigger companies?

P Priya Ito 1 month ago
Yeah, they totally do. I'm a small biz owner and they put together a package that worked for my budget and needs. Just gotta talk to them about it.

I'm pretty sure they cater to all sizes. It wouldn't hurt to ask for a consultation to see what they can offer. I got a custom quote that fit my smaller operation.

Thinking of going with 361dc for online review management but also looking at Podium. Anyone used both or know how they stack up against each other?

M Mike Foster 1 month ago
Podium is more focused on local interactions and payments, I think. 361dc seems to cover a broader range of reputation stuff, including crisis management and content. Depends on what your main need is.

My friend used Podium and said it was good for getting reviews quickly but wasn't as strong on the overall brand protection side. 361dc felt more comprehensive to me for managing negative content too.

Can I cancel their service anytime? Don't want to get locked into some super long contract if it's not working out.

D Dan F. 1 month ago
From what I remember, you can cancel. I didn't have any trouble when I adjusted my services after a few months. Just check your contract details, but they seemed pretty flexible.

I think so, yeah. Most of these digital marketing agencies have monthly options. Just make sure to read the fine print on the agreement before signing, just in case.

What's the deal with their 'negative content removal' service? Is it even possible to get stuff taken down from the internet?

P Priya Hughes 4 weeks ago
It's not like they magically delete things, lol. But they can help suppress negative search results and try to get genuinely false or defamatory stuff taken down if it violates platform policies. It's a process.

S Sophie N. 4 weeks ago
Yeah, it's more about pushing down bad search results with positive content and sometimes legal approaches for really problematic stuff. They're good at it, but it's not guaranteed for everything.

Hey, thinking about their reputation management service. Anyone know how fast they actually get things moving? Like, when can I expect to see some changes, even small ones?

R Ryan 1 month ago
It's not overnight, that's for sure. From my experience with them, they start pretty quick with the setup and monitoring, but actual reputation changes, especially for reviews, take a few weeks to really show up. Depends on how bad things are starting out too.

Yeah, I signed up for their review management. Took about a month to really notice an uptick in positive reviews and a better average rating. They send reports so you can track it.

I saw something about a referral link or code. How does that work? Is it like a discount for new sign-ups or more for existing clients bringing in new business?

D Dan C. 1 month ago
It's mostly for existing clients to get credit when they refer someone new. They get a unique link and if a new business signs up through that, the referrer gets a reward. I think new clients usually don't get a direct discount from those links.

Afaik, it's pretty much a referral program for current clients. You won't find a random 'sign-up bonus' code floating around like with some other services. It's tied to an existing client's referral.

Are these guys legit? I've seen some agencies pop up and disappear quickly, especially in digital marketing. Just want to make sure I'm not throwing money away.

J June Vargas 1 month ago
Yeah, they're legit. Been using them for about a year for my Google Business Profile stuff and haven't had any issues. They're pretty transparent.

I had similar concerns initially. But they've been around for a bit and their processes seem solid. You can ask for case studies too, that helped me feel better.

Are there any seasonal discounts or times when they offer better deals? Like around new year or something?

N Neil Lindqvist 1 month ago
They do have some specific times, especially around the end of the year or beginning of the new year for business strategy planning. Sometimes Black Friday too, I think I saw something last year.

I got a pretty sweet deal around Q1 when everyone is planning their marketing budgets. Worth asking if they have anything coming up if you're not in a rush.
